Meet Ellie

In July 2026, life changed in an instant for Ellie and her family. At just 10 years old, this vibrant, loving, and courageous girl was diagnosed with Diffuse Midline Glioma (DMG), a rare and aggressive pediatric brain tumor.

What once filled her days—school, friends, laughter, and childhood adventures—was suddenly replaced with hospital visits, procedures, specialists, and cancer treatment. Through it all, Ellie has faced each new challenge with incredible courage and strength.

Ellie is currently undergoing six weeks of radiation treatment at Tampa General Hospital. At the same time, her family is doing everything possible to fight alongside her, seeking out leading specialists, second opinions, clinical trials, and every available treatment option that may offer hope.

The funds raised through this golf tournament will help ease some of the burden on Ellie’s family by supporting medical care, treatment-related expenses, travel to specialists, and everyday family needs. Most importantly, this support gives her family the ability to spend their time and energy where it matters most: by Ellie’s side.
